GreenLight_LogoETN-USGBC held our 4th Annual Green Light Awards Ceremony on January 20, 2015, at The Square from 5:30-8:00pm, where we recognized local achievements in sustainability (photos). We’d like to extend a big congratulations to the following award recipients for their outstanding achievements in the field of sustainability in the built environment:

GREEN LIGHT AWARD
The most prestigious award from our chapter went to Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.
for their tireless efforts at the interface of sustainability, business, and the community.

whose tireless efforts to promote sustainability in the local region are an inspiration to all.

GREEN PROJECT AWARDS
The chapter’s Green Project Awards recognize projects that are leaders in sustainable design,
construction, and operation. They are judged by an independent, impartial group of USGBC
Board members from a chapter within the southeast region. Projects do not need to be LEED
certified to be considered.

WEATHERIZATION LEADERSHIP AWARD
The chapter’s Weatherization Leadership Award goes to an individual who has been invaluable
to the chapter’s efforts during our annual Weatherization Month in October. This year’s recipient
took charge of every aspect of this year’s Weatherization Day event, and made it an incredible
experience for all involved:

The Organizational Excellence Award recognizes an individual within the chapter’s organization
