Jennifer Alldredge is a senior program associate with over 15 years experience in education, presentation, creative problem solving, and communications. She has worked in schools and with students of varying age levels. Currently her primary focus is on training and working with students, teachers, and LPLs with regards to energy efficiency.
James Benya – Benya Lighting Design

Jim Benya is a veritable renaissance man of lighting functioning as lighting
designer, lighting consultant, lighting product designer, lighting educator,
and prolific author on the subject of lighting, not to mention his ‘sidelines’
as registered Professional Engineer, a Fellow of the Illuminating
Engineering Society of North America (FIES), a Fellow of the International
Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), and is Lighting Certified by the
National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (LC). Jim is also a regular speaker at LightFair International, among other notable industry events.
Zane Foraker – Knox County Energy Manager
Energy Management
Zane Foraker began his career as a project engineer and spent nine years working as an energy engineer and project manager for two energy services companies in Knoxville. During this period he developed and conducted training presentations on low cost/no cost ways to save energy for the Air Force and Army energy awareness programs. He also has extensive experience conducting energy audits, developing computerized building energy models, and supervising construction projects. Mr. Foraker founded the Energy Department at the Knox County Schools in September 2007.
Karen Grubbs – Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation

Karen Grubbs has a background in Environmental Engineering, with both BS and MS from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Over her 30+ year career with TDEC, she has gained experience in water supply; industrial, municipal, and agricultural wastewater management; solid and hazardous waste management, including recycling and pollution prevention; indoor air quality issues, such as radon, lead, mold, and integrated pest management; and for the past 12 years, the development, administration, tracking and reporting for TP3.
Joanie Hendricks – Warren County, Ky Public Schools

Joanie Hendricks received her degrees in News and Editorial Journalism and English and Allied Language Arts from Western Kentucky University. She began her career as a newspaper reporter before moving to Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2006 for an education beat position at The Daily News. During her time at the newspaper, she became closely connected to officials at the Warren County Public Schools district and went on to become the district’s public relations coordinator in 2010. Since coming to the district, Joanie has helped publicize the opening of four new schools valued at $570 million, including the nation’s first Net Zero school, Richardsville Elementary.
Anna Roberts – ARTifice Management Company

Anna Roberts is the owner of ARTifice, LLC. ARTifice specializes in Owner’s Representation, Programming, Program Management, Project Management, and LEED facilitation. Anna has been designing and managing projects for over 20 years. She is a licensed architect in Tennessee, she is NCARB certified and is also a LEED accredited professional specializing in sustainable design. Her previous projects include educational, daycares, community centers, corporate headquarters, medical, and judiciary. She has extensive knowledge of public and private project.
